Reporting
Who to report to;

Graffiti-vandalism on your own property might be simpler to deal with. But what about on other property? Due to the large number of responsible organisations, it can be tricky to know who to report to. Use the methods below to ensure your request reaches the correct body:
If you are located in ACT:
To report graffiti-vandalism on ACT Government public property like bridges, bins, bus stops & shelters, parks & playgrounds, sound barriers, road signs, parking signs, parking meters etc call 13 22 81 or fill out the Fix My Street form.
To report graffiti-vandalism on non-ACT Government assets like power, water or communications infrastructure please contact:
- Substations, electricity poles/boxes: Evo Energy or Actew AGL
- Surfaces and public assets on NCA land like around Lake Burley Griffin and the Parliamentary Triangle: National Capital Authority
- Australia Post assets like red and yellow post boxes: Australia Post
- Telephone boxes and payphones: Telstra
- ICON water assets like pumping stations and pipes: Email talktous@iconwater.com.au or call 02 6248 3111
- Shops/businesses: contact the shop owner or report to GraffitiBusters
If you are located in VIC & NSW:
Do a Google search for your local council reporting methods eg. "report graffiti Bunbury"
